1. Scope of Services & Platforms

SoftMiron Technology provides proprietary digital platforms (DSAMaster, DevLang, DomainRivo) as well as bespoke software development, web architecture, cloud infrastructure, and maintenance services to commercial clients.

2. Enterprise Client Engagements & IP Ownership

Custom software and web engineering engagements are governed by written Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW). Upon full settlement of milestone invoices, custom client deliverables and repository rights transfer cleanly in accordance with the executed agreement.

3. Proprietary Platform Intellectual Property

All trademarks, brand assets, source systems, and curriculum architectures associated with SoftMiron Technology, DSAMaster, DevLang, and DomainRivo remain the exclusive intellectual property of SoftMiron Technology.

4. Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Official notices may be directed to contact@softmiron.com.
